No confidence motion against BJP
Mr. Naidu reached New Delhi on Saturday, a day after the no confidence motion brought by his party.
On Friday no confidence motion moved in Lok Sabha against the Modi’s government initiated by TDP (Telugu Desam party) The debate had been putting for 12 hours.
After stepping out of the house Rahul Gandhi consider PM ’s speech as “weak”. Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan carried out the no confidence motion. No trust motion is rejected by voice vote.
NDA government defeated the “no confidence motion” against it by 325 votes who are with the government and 126 are against.
Many parties like Shiv Sena (18), Biju Janata Dal (19) Telangana Rashtra Samithi (11), AIADMK (14), BJP(20), Non-congress (2) didn’t vote, abstained from the debate.
Out of 545, 325 stood with NDA government this reflects that without Shiv Sena, BJP still has the majority. Modi’s quote like:- one member comes running to me saying ‘Get up! Get up. What is his hurry to come to power?
Congress and TDP
Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that he put up the issue started from farmer distress to the Rafael deal but5 PM Modi didn’t answer even one of the question in his speech. Mr. Naidu said the TDP play a national role by moving this no confidence motion to the strengthening of regional parties.
Modi ‘s bounce back
In his speech pm Modi described their work in villages are connected, i- ways are being built, railways, stand with the Muslim women in the quest for justice.
Modi Ji also hit the Congress regarding the partition of Andhra Pradesh due to which present government still facing the problem. He said they are here because we have the blessing of 125 crore Indians. We are not here for selfish interest. We have served the nation with the mantra of “Sabka ka Sath, Sab ka Vikas.
A day after his govt. defeated no confidence motion in Lok Sabha, PM Modi on Saturday said more the number of opposition parties united against him, the more the BJP would bloom. Using Hindi metaphor – ” Jitna Zayada dal dal Hoga, Utna Zayada kamal Khilta hai”. Modi Ji criticised the opposition for moving the no confidence motion. He said opposition disgraced the “mandate” of the people.
